Kick Ass Automation is a new approach to changing not only the way people work for the better, but also their lives as a result.

By establishing tasks best suited for automation, your talent can stay focused, engaged and excited about their work. They can bring their full passion and energy each day both to work and to their families at the end of the day.

We're on a mission to reduce the deep sighs, painful eye rolls and frustrations so people and teams can have a better work and life experience.

We spend more waking hours at work than we do with our own family, so why not make it a good one!

Here's the Scoop

We believe that automation can free teams, leaders and organizations from the repetitive and mundane part of work. When we do this, we bring joy back into the workplace and we allow people the opportunity to choose to show up with their energy and passion to do incredible things.

Automation takes the noise out of the way and lets you get sh*t done. There's really no sugar coating it.

Everyone wants to make their work life easier, so we'll get you there. Being the best version of you, while the bot takes care of the tedious tasks.

We're a pretty cool team with lots of experience. Our overarching company, BizXcel, was formed back in 2005 (yup, we feel old saying that now) through a unique collaboration of an Information Technology company and a Training, Consulting and Facilitation company. Seems like an odd match you're probably thinking? Perhaps, but it was an incredible match! One could say it was love at first sight.

So all this to say, we've been around for over 25 years doing what we do best - improving lives by generating greatness in people, teams and workplaces.

Our skills involve;

Custom application development, IT professional support, Qlik Sense development and administration, reporting, custom programming, expert consulting -- we'll stop there. But you can see we are well versed and experts with our IT background. We also are skilled in leadership, team and culture development (online, on demand and in person), kick ass keynotes, consulting and more.

We're a unique bunch and we wouldn't change that for the world. Through these skillsets, we're able to see perspectives from four key areas: Planning, People, Processes and Business Intelligence. Combining our expertise gives you a benefit you won't get elsewhere.
